How to Wear RejuvaKnee

Fit Check: You should be able to slide one finger comfortably between the strap and your leg. If the strap leaves deep marks or causes numbness, it is too tight.

Starting a Therapy Session

  1. Ensure the device is charged (LED indicator shows charge level)
  2. Position and secure RejuvaKnee on your knee as described above
  3. Press and hold the Power button for 2 seconds to turn on the device
  4. Press the Heat button to select your desired heat level:
    1. Low (95-105°F / 35-40°C) – Gentle warmth
    2. Medium (105-115°F / 40-46°C) – Moderate heat
    3. High (115-125°F / 46-52°C) – Maximum therapeutic heat
  5. Press the Massage button to select vibration intensity:
    1. Level 1 – Gentle vibration

    3. Level 3 – Strong therapeutic massage
  6. Press the Timer button to set your session length (15, 20, or 30 minutes)
  7. Relax and allow the device to work – sit or recline comfortably during treatment
  8. The device will automatically shut off when the timer reaches zero
